- Lead generation: To gather, store, and deliver lead data to our clients in the form of Google Sheets and email notifications.

- Legal compliance: To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

- Lead data retention: We retain the Google Sheets containing lead data for a maximum of one year unless otherwise required by applicable law. After this period, the data will be automatically deleted.
- Client data retention: Client data will be retained for as long as you are using our services and for a reasonable period thereafter, as required by law.

No, there are no hidden fees with Sheepflow. We believe in complete transparency, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Here’s how our pricing works: when you choose your daily advertisement budget, we calculate a 20% service fee on top of the total advertising budget. For example, if you decide to advertise for €20 per day over 10 days, your total ad budget would be €200. We then add a 20% service fee (€40) on top of that, so the total amount you pay up front would be €240 (excluding VAT).
This way, all costs are clear from the start, and everything is paid up front. No surprises, no hidden fees—just straightforward pricing.
