General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you, the client (the "Client"), and Sheepflow, a service operated by Externalo EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company registered with the Bulgarian business registration under registry number: 206459222, with its registered address at Jk Gotse Delchev, bv 239 vh 3, et 5, ap. 61, 1404 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Sheepflow" or "We").
By using the services provided by Sheepflow, and by processing the payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Overview Sheepflow provides a streamlined advertising service on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Client provides Sheepflow with the necessary details regarding their desired advertising campaign, and Sheepflow creates, manages, and publishes ads on these platforms on behalf of the Client.
3. No Responsibility for Business Outcomes Sheepflow is not responsible for any damages, losses, or business outcomes resulting from the ads published under this agreement. The Client acknowledges that advertising outcomes, including but not limited to leads, sales, and engagement, are not guaranteed by Sheepflow, and Sheepflow shall not be liable for any business disruptions, loss of profits, or other damages arising from the advertising campaign.
4. Compliance with Meta's Terms and Conditions Sheepflow is committed to ensuring that all advertising content complies with Meta's terms and conditions and advertising guidelines. Therefore, Sheepflow reserves the right to:
- Refuse to publish any content that is illegal or in violation of Meta's terms and conditions or advertising guidelines.
- Modify or adjust advertising content as necessary to ensure compliance with Meta's policies and guidelines.The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information, images, and content provided to Sheepflow for advertising purposes comply with applicable laws and Meta's policies.
5. Facebook Page Creation and Deletion As part of Sheepflow's service, we may create a Facebook page under the Client's branding to facilitate the advertising campaign. This page is created solely for the purpose of managing the Client's ads and will be deleted within 30 days after the completion of the advertising cycle purchased by the Client.
6. 24-Hour Ad Publication Promise Sheepflow aims to have ads live within 24 hours after receiving the Client's request. However, this is contingent upon receiving clear, concise, and complete input from the Client. If the content or input provided by the Client is incomplete or unclear, Sheepflow reserves the right to extend the timeline for ad publication to within 7 working days of receiving the completed request.
7. Payment Terms All services must be paid for in full upfront before any ads are created or published. The total cost will include the Client's chosen ad budget plus a 20% service fee. By processing the payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, including all applicable fees. The Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined on the Sheepflow website or in the invoice provided.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy Once payment has been made and the ad creation process has begun, no refunds will be issued. However, the Client may cancel the service before the ads are published by providing written notice to Sheepflow. Any cancellation requests made after ads are published will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability Sheepflow's total liability under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided. Sheepflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or in connection with the use of Sheepflow's services.
10. Client's Responsibility The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and lawful content for use in the ads and to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Sheepflow from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the Client's breach of these Terms or violation of any laws or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
12. Changes to Terms Sheepflow reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on Sheepflow's website. Continued use of Sheepflow's services after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By processing the payment and using Sheepflow's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

No, there are no hidden fees with Sheepflow. We believe in complete transparency, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Here’s how our pricing works: when you choose your daily advertisement budget, we calculate a 20% service fee on top of the total advertising budget. For example, if you decide to advertise for €20 per day over 10 days, your total ad budget would be €200. We then add a 20% service fee (€40) on top of that, so the total amount you pay up front would be €240 (excluding VAT).
This way, all costs are clear from the start, and everything is paid up front. No surprises, no hidden fees—just straightforward pricing.
